Craig was amazing, very knowledgeable & courteous. Carried out all the work to a high standard with no problems.

The mechanic was useless. He said he couldn’t replace the belt because the wheel on the water pump had jammed, and I needed a new one. What he was actually looking at was the crank drive!!! He is either a complete fool or a con artist. I will be phoning on Monday and I expect a full refund

We were in a remote part of Lake District out of reach of mobile mechanics and garages and my daughters car needed a new fuel filter to get her back to Glasgow. Peter offered the option for a stob by on way to Glasgow and all went smoothly and work was carried out while my daughter waited.

Robert turned up within the time slot. Minor issue with parts (not Roberts fault) he sorted the issue and the job got done. Very nice guy and professional would highly recommend.

James could have billed for a replacement alternator which was included in quote but James was honest and said the existing one didn't need replacing. Would recommend James to anyone. Will certainly use him again.

Garion was slightly late due to unforseen circumstances beyond his control. This was completely understandable. Garion worked in wet and cold conditions. His skill and knowledge, as well as his focused concentration, enabled him to finish the job so swiftly I was amazed. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Fantastic experience, really good clear communication and happy to talk through the options going forward. Moved the appointment to closer to my preferred time also. Would highly recommend.
