Yes did the diagnostics as asked. Have been trying to get in contact to get a price for the work , but no communication as yet.

Extremely happy with the service Yamin from Nova Tyres kept me in the loop every step of the way collected the car and dropped off which is an amazing service so I didn’t need to take time off work done the mot for me and carried out some work required at a cracking price too. Arrived perfectly on time, took the car and returned it within 6-7 hours. Replaced the timing belt and also oil sump flushed. Found another issue which would cause it again and fixed it onsite. Delivered car back and made sure there’s no codes showing. 10/10! Highly recommend will 100% use again

Dan was phenomenal and went above and beyond. After carrying out the work I had initially booked (replacing rear brake disks & pads) he advised that I would need a new calliper and explained why. He quoted and arranged to come back a few days later to replace this. Dan had issues getting ahold of the part needed due to a shortage and managed to obtain the only one of this part in the country. He then came to fit this for me despite it being around zero degrees and the fact it was pitch black by the time he was done. He had assured me he would have me back on the road by the end of the day and he did just that even though it meant he did part of the job using his headlights to see what he was doing. Couldn’t be more grateful

Dan was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very fast. I told him I would do the repair myself and Dan gave me some great tips on acquiring the parts and how to fit them quick and easily. Would recommend to family and friends.

The work he did was fine. I’m still left with no breaks. They need bleeding but because the car is old he was a bit apprehensive about doing them where we live. So I now have to find someone or somewhere to get them done.

Had the mechanic looked under the car he would have noticed the exhaust hanging off the under side of the car. I aso paid £29.00 for a points check and this was apparently not done. This is estimated to take 1 hour yet the mechanic was gone in 15 minutes. Yes the catalytic converter is under warranty but this doesn't excuse the fact the exhaust pipe was hanging of the car nearly touching the floor. I was left none the wiser as to what was wrong so had to book another mechanic to take a proper look. Upon jacking up the car it was clear to see the exhaust pipe was hanging. Would not reccomend your company to any one.

Ashley was fantastic throughout the whole process. I had a number of last-minute changes of location (due to the weather!) for the work to be carried out - he accommodated me with no fuss! He was friendly and professional, explaining everything he was going to do. All while carrying out the work in the freezing temperatures! Would HIGHLY recommend!
