“First time I have used Click Mechanic and was super impressed with the experience. Mitchell called within a few hours of making the booking and turned up during agreed time slot on booking date. Work completed to a high standard saving me £70 compared to what I was quoted by larger autocare chain.

“I don't have any experience and knowledge about cars so when found the one I wanted to buy decided to have it inspected by professional. Matthew came on time. I got the report after less than 3 hours. He also called me to answer all the questions patiently. He advised me about things I should take care of after buying the car. Ran free accident damage check and checked VIN number as a courtesy.
I don't have the car yet so I'm not really able to verify if it's as good as Matthew's report but overall very good experience.”

“Absolutely, was really nervous - I am now an OAP and I had never had to get a mobile mechanic out before, I'd always managed to get to a garage. This brilliant Renault specialist firm (especially my helpers Mark and Gary!) advised me and helped me work things out for the best. They got me up and running and were clear about what the problem had been, and I myself was then able to see that it would recur as the electric panel that sits on the right of the engine had been damaged, They offered to fit a new part there and then , were clear about the cost, and I will be back in the new year to get it fitted when I save up. Can't thank them enough, and for coming out so far to help, 25 miles.”
