Carried out the work for me today, Alan couldn't make it due to van problems, Ben was spot on with his punctuality. Got to work immediately! Very good service. Carried out the battery replacement and tested the charging mechanism to ensure the car could be started and driven. Clear explanation given of what had been done to correct the fault.
