Alan was right to the heart of the matter. The car was a bag of nails and he provided me with the evidence for that statement. I know that had the reverse been true he would have backed up that it was a little gem with the facts that proved it. Thorough but concise. I appreciated his direct approach. Fantastic, honest and really helpful. Came out late, test drive the car, found no fault like the previous garage had said, but helped spot gear box issues and tracking issues on car. Was able to go back to driving the next day which was amazing after not driving for 2 weeks!

Fortunately my breakdown was visited by two different technicians due to fault codes not easily identified. Both were very rapid with their response times, extremely helpful in explaining the issues with my vehicle and overall very knowledgeable and helpful. Regular updates by these technicians as well as a very pleasant lady receptionist kept me informed of any progress at all times. Even on a Saturday!
So overall very satisfied with Alan and his team at Kent Car Solutions and I now have a running vehicle thanks to their determination! Well done guys.
