Ben was great but was unfortunately not able to do the work but he diagnosed the problem and showed me the photos so I could see unfortunately with Italian cars the spares will be expensive so will have to wait for a repair as it wasn’t the problem that I thought.

Limited knowledge ...and no not happy with the work,was unsure and said would need further work.

Alan was so great, I don’t think I was the easiest customer in terms of logistics but he was happy to oblige and really helped me out, lots of good advice and friendly too, couldn’t recommend highly enough 😁⭐️👍

I booked a diagnostic for my car, which resulted in two error codes, one of which required further clarification from BMW. I was told there would be a follow-up, and when I called a week later, I was promised a quick resolution. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back since. This isn't quite what I expected when I booked a diagnostic service.
