Duncan was great, he showed up on time and explained everything to me as this was my first time using click mechanic. Would definitely use again.

I had the Check Engine warning light on and looking at other mechanics it was going to be at least a week before they could see my car, Duncan came the next day and thanks to him I can now quickly go back to work.

I booked a used van pre purchase premium inspection. This service was new to me as I had been let down by a mechanic who could not attend. I'm so glad that happened. Although more expensive than I had planned it was an in depth report at far less cost than RAC or AA. Duncan was very communicative and accommodating as the dealers commitments meant I had to change the time of his attendance. The report was available same day and not very long after he completed the inspection. I felt so much better on seeing the real condition of the vehicle. Duncan helped me with understanding the issues he found so that I could confidently communicate these to the dealer as matters needing discussed. Would definitely use this service again.
