Communication was terrible. Collected my car with no information of when it would be back. Took the money for the work the day they took the car so assumed work was done and car was coming back but no, work was not completed until the next day. Asked for printed proof wheel alignment work was done showing the adjustments but nothing has been provided and have denied this was asked for. Asked for my email address, so again assumed this would be sent to me that way, but no...just fobbing me off. While ClickMechanic has been great in the past I would not use this particular garage again.

The service was great but they need to work on their timekeeping collecting and returning the vehicle.

Repair was fine. Was disappointed that the car was collected with 1/3 tank of petrol and came back nearly empty and the passenger seat had been adjusted, so my car was obviously used for something else in the time they had it.

I contacted the garage via messaging and was told it was only driven from my house to the garage and back. I have no proof, but why would the passenger seat need to be adjusted if only one person was in the car?

My car was booked in for rear brake pads and discs, price was brilliant and service was excellent. Picked up from home and returned after fixed. Will definitely be using the service again

Excellent service , arrived and dropped off when they said they would which allowed me to carry on my working day without worrying about how to get the vehicle to the garage
