Very satisfied with the service I received. I had a water pump replaced. The garage checked the fault was accurate, fixed it within the day. The price was unbelievable compared to the car manufacturer and originally garage - £300 savings. I got my car serviced 48 hours after submitting the request. Only negative is you can’t really get hold of them over the phone but that being said the app chat allows contact - which I was happy with. Overall, very happy will visit the site and garage again (hopefully not too soon)

I tried calling the number for the mechanic a couple of times to check the pick up time of my car as it wasn’t clear but no answer each time . They did ring me on the day though to check the time with me . They are great when they turned up got the car & also when they dropped it back at my house . It’s very convenient service especially appreciated with the weather being bad . Fab !

This is the first time I used ClickMechanic and I found the service to be very good. A garage nearby accepted the job within a few hours and the price quoted was clear and competitive. The mechanic was frendly, Knowledgable and arrived within the appointed time carried a Diagnostic, verbally explaned what the problem to some one (me) who knows very little about the subject.
Confirmed that a quote for the requirted repairs would be sent the next day.

4 Days later no quote has been recived and no other communication has been sent detailing the faults so the repairs can be sourced from another mechanic.

In order to get my car fixed it looks like I will have to pay for another Diagnostic what a wast of money and time
