Work done was been done to expected standards. Car pick up was on the very last minute of allotted time slot. Had no communication during the day of progress of MOT or service. No photo or short video of service. Previous few years this has been received from garages I’ve used, to show the underside of car, brake condition, oil change etc. On car being brought back, the mechanic didn’t even communicate anything about the service, nor either a receipt of work done (service), just the MOT pass & advisory. I feel this should be added to the service given to add customer confidence, that the being paid for, has actually been done and able to see the underside of their vehicles.

Mechanic was very helpful and kept me updated on the required repairs, due to the urgency on having car back, went to garage to collect, Works done quickly and car now running well. New Clutch, Flywheel and front brake discs and pads. Overall happy with the repairs and quick turnaround on having car back running.

I only met the driver who arrived on time. The car is running much more smoothly after it's device and fuel filter replacement. I'm pleased.

Arrived on time, back within 2.5 hours, absolutely great service with the pick up/ drop off. No hesitation in recommending, will definitely use again.

Paid for front coil springs to be changed,£317, they changed only 1 but still charged full price, I complained and they completed the job I paid for, not happy they did this, and I'm seeking advice

Terrible service. Email confirmation stated the job would take 1-2 hours, received no contact from the mechanic, had to call and was told it would 'hopefully be the end of the day'. Should have been a simple ball joint change; they somehow ended up draining the gearbox oil, and had to wait until the morning for some to be delivered. I finally got the vehicle back after almost 24 hours, after being strung along for an entire morning as to when I could expect the vehicle back, completely stuffing up my morning. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the gearbox oil. Not happy

The mechanic late for 1,5 hour. I had booking from 10-12, he came 13.30. I booked service and MOT. They did not finish work in same day, and did not gave any updates, I called them after 5 hours to know how it is going. It was Saturday, they sad they can not finish and car will be ready at Monday. There was additional work, to change bulb and 2 back tyres. They promise to return the car at Monday before noon. I had to go to work after that, and I needed my car. No updates at Monday. Had to call again, they sad will be fine before noon. Then at 12:20 I called them they sad will be ready after an hour. I asked to return car at Tuesday and went to work by Uber. They returned car at Tuesday with some dirt marks in the salon and sigarets outdoor in the car, we are non smoker. I prefer do not use this service again. Read more
