This is the second time I’ve used Raul to inspect a car and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. As I was buying from overseas for my return to the UK he gave me the confidence to go ahead with one of the cars I’d shortlisted.

I highly recommend Raul to anyone considering a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, especially if you aren’t going to be present yourself and need to trust the person you are sending out to see the car.

His communication was fantastic, he was easy to talk to and sounded very genuine. This is important when trusting someone to help you decide whether to part with ££££ for a new (used) car.

As I am buying a repaired Cat D car it was important to know that the car was mechanically sound, 100% roadworthy and that the repairs previously carried out were done so to a safe and acceptable standard.

He explained everything fully and answered all of my questions, even questions that did not directly relate to the car he inspected.

He highlighted some lock issues relating to the rear doors and boot, as a result the seller immediately had them fixed the same day.

It is unlikely that I would have noticed this issue myself before buying the car, so I am very grateful it was picked up on as it has saved me from facing an immediate garage bill.

I am proceeding with the purchase of the car and I am no longer worrying about the ‘Cat D’ aspect.

EXcellent - very helpful and gave the van a good inspection. The only criticism was he said most aspects were 'good' rather than some being 'excellent' and it would have been good to be able to know if there was a distinction between the 2 categories.
Otherwise, very good inspection.

Absolutely excellent - did a very thorough job on the inspection (above and beyond what I expected). Gave good insights into the vehicle.
