Wish I’d brought Raul to buy the car with me and help me haggle. Really great advice not just on the car, but helped give me confidence to ask the right questions/for evidence of work done etc.

Raul was fantastic. Booked in for a pre purchase inspection on a Toyota Celica and even though the car looked good and it was hpi clear he found out it had been involved in an accident at some point with the repair work not up to standard. Rual was wonderful. He listened to the nature of the fault and the fault history that I gave. He was able to explain the problem to me in a simple manner and allowed me to make judgements on the way i wished to proceed. He was able to even reset my engine management system which wasn't something that i had spoken about when booking for went above and beyond the brief.

For someone that works a lot and is unable to miss commitments to get their car repaired, I am was very happy .
