Raul was really informative and professional, even sent me videos of faults he found during inspection and lots of photos in report. I could then make an informed decision not to buy the vehicle and save myself money and hassle, may thanks Raul.

I was not able to be at the garage due to the distance. Raul communicated from start to finish with prompt messages and a call, so I could explain that I would be buying the car on his report. (I had not viewed the car in person). Only online. Raul was very helpful in all aspects and took a video to show the body work which did concern me. His report was clear and me being not a mechanic could understand it. On his report and video I decided against this particular car. Five stars. Thank you

Raul was very thorough and picked up things that I don't think I would have spotted. Took some videos and photos to explain issues.

Raul performed a pre-purchase inspection and was great. He took time to explain to me the issues and gave me indication on what would be a long term problem vs short term. He very approachable and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Raul was very nice and fitted the battery fast, and made sure the electrics in the car also worked.

Although the work hasn’t been done yet, it’s been no fault of Raul who has been fantastic throughout. Unfortunately the owner of the vehicle isn’t particularly forthcoming with regards to his availability to have Raul do the inspection. I have spoken to Raul several times and find him a gentleman & someone who goes out of his way to help.
