They were punctual and polite . But my steering wheel still vibrates and shake .after they changed the track rod .

Omer was punctual, approachable, able to identify and confirm that the issue was with alternator and offer immediate repairs to replace it. Quote was sent as promised. Towing of the car to the garage was arranged which was handy. Communication was perfect to keep us updated. Would definitely recommend.

Omer was helpful enough when I spoke to him although it did take over a week for my initial job to be looked at. Initially I was told I needed a tow, then just a change of battery would do. The battery was changed as required and the van starts fine now. I did ask for a diagnostic check, which was going to be done at Omers garage (I was assured) however this did not happen (a portable diagnostic check was done which didn't show any issues), as soon as I drove the van warning lights came on. Having been to another garage there are 3 faults that require looking at. By the time I found this out it may now be too late to drive the vehicle on a holiday we have booked.
This would not have been the case if the work i asked for had been carried out on time.
