Fiat Grande Punto Timing belt and Water pump replacement

Quick and effective service. Recieved a call to let me know they were on the way, and picked it up fuss free.
Had a timing belt and water pump change. Took the car away at about 9.30 am, and they came back to me with my car at about 4pm.

Car was collected and service and MoT done in 3 hours and car returned. I can see the oil was nice and clean. The battery cover was left loose and the car was returned quite dirty. Although I can say everything felt nice and tight including the steering column. I would have preferred an itemised invoice as none of the other fluids appeared to have been topped up.

The service was very good, there was an issue getting the car dropped back that was out of everyone's control but the team were fantastic about it and did all they could to get my car back to me at a convenient time. I will 100% use them again as they were super helpful and friendly.

Renault Clio Front wiper motor replacement

Omar was excellent with the communication and kept me informed, unfortunately the work was not able to be carried out on the original date booked due to waiting for the part to be delivered and was done four day later hence the 3 * for punctuality.
I will definitely use click mechanic again and would recommend them to everyone. Queensway Auto Repairs did an excellent job of repairing my car and the communication was brilliant. :)
