Yes, we spoke on the phone and because it was a bank holiday weekend it took a couple of days to
complete the job. the clutch is fine, easy and light to operate compared to my last one which was hard
and no free play. We never actually met but I was very pleased with his work, He left the car in my driveway and dropped the keys through the letter box. I have recommended Click Mechanic to my son who is not happy with his clutch. Very pleased with Omer's work.

Brake discs and pads on all four wheels. The work seems to have been done to a good standard. Some of the comms around the return of the car was patchy. I got a call saying the job was finished and the car would shortly be returned. After waiting for an hour I rang and was told that the driver had been delayed on another job but was now on his way with our car. After waiting another half hour I rang and was told that the driver would call me with an update. The driver duly rang and told me that there was an issue with the job and he was taking the car back to the garage. This was an issue for me because I had to rearrange my immediate plans that were reliant on the car and I was also concerned that there was an issue with the quality of the job. The driver later rang to say that the issue had been fixed and duly returned the car and everything seems fine. None of this was a major problem, these things happen, but better comms, particularly to explain why the car had to go back to the garage, would have been reassuring and led to a better rating of the work. Superb service all the way through to the end. It's pretty stressful when your car decides to throw multiple problems at you at once, so I'm incredibly grateful when you get a mechanic that are sympathetic as well as pragmatic to what needs doing. Thank you very much guys, until next time 💪🏼

The work was fine, but as it was an MOT it needed doing promptly. We book for a Friday which got cancelled that morning and moved to Monday which got cancelled again! Mot due to run out on the Thursday, got collected finally on Tuesday and said it had to be back no later than 2pm as finish work then. It came back at 3.15pm as work needed doing which inconvenienced us no end! We used click mechanic as thought it would be less hassle than taking to a garage around work times turned out very stressful! We had no time if we had wanted to shop around for work that was needed to be quoted on and had no choice but to let the mechanic who had the car do it as we were now running out of time.
