The work done by my mechanic, did a good job, however, I now have an issue with the fan being very noisy, and continuing for about 5 minutes after the car has been switched off. Never had this before. It took some time for the car to be returned to me, and I would have appreciated a little more communication regarding the work being done and its return to me. But at least the car now works again, for which I am very appreciative.

I have used Click for repairs in the past and have always been satisfied. Due to back to back bad experiences with my previous provider of Service and MOT I thought I’d give them a try this time. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Good communication from the get go. Excellent impartial advice. Didn’t try to force or trick me into any additional works just gave me the price and the choice. Yes it cost a little more to begin with but the price was very fair and there was no sting on the back end. Even though the day needed to be changed there was really good communication. The lady who picked up my car was friendly and polite and the MOT was completed quickly.

I would like to say the lady how pick the car up was polite and listen to what I had to say in the poor conditions we had on sat 6th July.
