Omer was great . I had a full service and MOT. Always reliable to do a good job and very honest .

The communication and punctuality was spot on. I paid to flush my brake fluid, clutch fluid and gear box fluid.
It seems like they did a good job even though I am not sure of the quality of materials used.

Friendly enough, but really poor communication, time management and customer service in terms of managing expectations when delays with the work happened and when I could expect the car back which affected my weekly schedule.

Booked the car on the Platform on Friday informing of extra work that might need to be done on the Brakes and Timing Belt after the MOT & Service was done.

Only work unexpected was the Rear Suspension through the MOT results. Car was picked up Monday morning @ 0800 and didn't receive it back until Thursday @ 13.30.

Yes he was very friendly and helpful , my van was diagnosed as blocked egr. Due to the ULEZ I decided not to get it repaired
