Mechanic was friendly and accommodating, collected vehicle and took in for full service.
However upon return it was noticeable that screen wash was not added, which raises concern as around what was done during service without video evidence.

Hi dear sir
still my car is there and I will be able to give you a feedback as soon as the mechanic finish with my car. I don’t know yet is the out come of the mechanic to advise me in regards my car because still the car is not have a power I’d not know the mechanic is saying he cleans the DPF and he charges me more what you have tell me original price on your system. There for I will be able to give you a feedback as soon as possible when the mechanic tell me today. I called him today. And he reply he is in a meeting I don’t know something not right being my car there long time.
Any way I will be waiting for him to get back to me today patiently then I will be able to give you the full picture.

Mazda Mazda6 Diagnostic Inspection

Came another guy willing to give me an diagnostic/inspection whitt no tools.
Had to travel to a garage where nobody was in charge.
Problem not solved.
Monday wiling to charge me £255 for the exaust presure sensor which Mazda is seling for £69.
The care has an oil leak from a pipe and I knew that, the guy just lift the car and said is a leak, eureka
I have recorded the conversation whitt the mecanics where nobody was in chsarge.
Horible experience be aware of that shop.

thank you for taking the time to pop into the work shop
when the diagnostic inspection was carried out with the tool it was found the d p f pressure sensor was at fault
i rang the dealer to find out the cost of the part is £157.53 the rest of the costing we sent you is for the fitment and the regeneration to clear the d p f
please do not confuse the the pressure sensor on the manifold that one is £69.00

I am not satisfied with the work on diagnosing my car (a person arrived who did not understand what and how to do, could not connect a diagnostic tool) and left 5 minutes after arrival! I went to their garage and waited there for 40 minutes to call in, after which they connected the computer and in the end I did not learn anything new for myself! vito took them 5-10 minutes

Hi when we arrived it looked like you already new the code’s because you had a code reader connected to the vehicle. When you arrived at the garage we may have taken 4O minutes but we did take the time to find out the cost of the repairs and told me you wanted it done but unfortunately the part is main dealer part I did advice you not get the parts from eBay because they don’t always work and could create moor issues.
