My mechanic was friendly, however he was a few hours late. He did tell me he was going to be late, but I had to keep calling to find out the time.
They were kind enough to replace my indicator with another one I had bought, and accommodating in this way.
I paid for a full service however they returned my car with a semi-flat tyre which I had to pump up, so I did not feel confident they had done a thorough job.
