Excellent fast service - unfortunately needed to reschedule the booking due to time constraints but this did not affect the work - would use again

Omar was brilliant extremely courteous on the phone and gave regular updates throughout I was sceptical using an on line booking but the whole process exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this to everyone

Omer was awesome, helpful, respectful and knowledgable and went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my issue.

Mechanic was slightly late, but overall was a friendly person. Checked over the car well and was able to tell what the problem was. Very good communication.

I am quite happy with the service I got from Omer. My car goes again smoothly without that ‘tok tok’ noise. Brilliant!

Omar updated me when he could, explained the work that was being carried out and explained when there was additional work needed - what needed to be done and whether I was okay with it or not, offered to bring the broken/damaged parts he replaced for proof (but why would you want them returned - let Omar dispose of the faulty parts) Cannot fault the process. Also the driver he sent was brilliant
