mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable and I happy with the work,
The mechanic didn't came to pick up the car on the day, when I call him I don't think he was aware of my appointment, his explanation was the break pads has not delivered to him yet and it going to come by lunch time, so he ask me to bring the car to him so he can get a different expensive company break pad from another garage so I had to drove my car to him. and he replaced the pads with same pad i meant to get which is pagid so I realise he was lying to me, so I wouldn't recommend this guy to any one

HI all work that we have is on the system and we are fully aware of the job if you Remember the conversation we had on the day was we have ordered the pads but unfortunately they are still not delivered to us i asked if we could either come out later but you said your need to go out and it would be to late so asked you to bring it to us then you can go to your appointment from hear you agreed and came down there was two types o pads that was delivered to us pagid and the other was eitcher the pagid is a better pad the eithcer came from another place we did tell you they are a better pad and a little moor expensive under no circumstances did we misled you we always try our best to be helpful to every one we do not take kindly for the public to wonder into the work shop and start to look under the car it is dangerous i asked you to leave the work shop we carried out the job quickly so you could go about your job

Skoda Superb MOT with collection & delivery

Only had an MOT done, but punctuality and communication was excellent. In addition, I was able to eat my breakfast while the garage did the job and delivered the car to my door. Great service.

It was my 1st time using Queensway Autos. I had the Exhaust pipe replacement - rear/tail/silencer.
I'm very happy with the work carried out.
Collection & drop off is a definite bonus. Would recommend & hopefully use them again.

Amazing service! The whole experience was hassle-free for me: the mechanic picked up the car, serviced it, did MOT and returned it back all in a few hours. It took me just to answer 2 phone calls, pass and pick up the keys.

thank you for the review but we called you and explained the parts need to be ordered from a main dealer and waiting on a response from them we got a call this morning with the cost and the e t a of the parts are not till January i sent you a text to explained unfortunately parts delivery's and costings are not in our hands

Citroen C1 Starter motor replacement

Omer changed the starter motor on the car and it seems fine. However, punctuality was a problem and the car wasn't collected till a whole day after the agreed booking. Difficult to get hold of- I had to phone on the mobile- which wasn't answered, message through ClickMechanic and text to get a response on the agreed date of collection to find out why no one had turned up. Once contacted he was friendly and helpful and his driver both collected and returned the car.
