Omer and his team were amazing, honestly couldn’t have done enough to support me and actually charged me less than I was expecting as the main dealer who had told me that my coil springs needed replacing was mistaken, as they only needed rehousing. He got my ready and successfully took it through the MOT despite only being asked when the vehicle was collected in the morning.

Vauxhall Zafira Car Won't Start Inspection

No they did nothing at all was supposed to come between 10am and 12pm never turned up until 13:45 and then when he did turn up he never done anything he literally looked at the car and said needs to go to the garage never done a thing to it and then left but still charged me £75 for the time when he was there which was literally 2 minutes

i range you a little after to explain the driver is running late he is at another job and will come over as soon as he can
when we attended my tek had a look at the car and you told him you already had the car checked over and changed some parts he then had a look over the relays choking to see if there is an issue there and told you its the fuel pump is not working correctly the pump is in the fuel tank and will need to be removed to be replaced but unfortunately the tank cannot be removed on the road side there for the car should be towed to a garage from my understanding you was going to arrange it to be taken to a garage
