This was overall a great experience! It was the first time I serviced my car outside the official dealership and I will definitely do it again with you. Communication, quote transparency and a smooth booking process makes this service easy to use and cost-effective - exactly how it must be in the 21 century.
A couple of remarks on communication and punctuality.
My first email chain with the support them was lost, someone just stopped replying for some reason. But when I started the second chain, the response was clear and fast. I believe that was just a technical issue.
With regards to the job itself, all was ok (well it's not really easy to assess the quality of servicing, at least the car was returned clean).
The only thing was that it wasn't done the same day as promised and was due to a wrong timing belt kit received by mechanics. I received a call from them at midday and they explained the situation and asked if they can return the car the next day AM.
Thank you for your help and I will definitely use your service again.

thanks for the phone call about 5 minutes ago regarding the window switch as we explained the switches on the Mercedes are a known issue and are always giving problems to the driver we can confirm the switches and such like are not a part of a service check if we had seen the problem we would have reported it to you sorry if we could not of help you in this case
