This “mechanic” showed up in a suit without any car tools to make a computer check which is something I mentioned. The car bonnet wasn’t checked once. His only car investigation was turning the key in the ignition which lead him to conclude with that it was a gearbox issue and that he could sell us a car on the cheap which I found very unprofessional. When he found out I paid £1000 for a new clutch he laughed at me and said we should have never paid that much for it, being further unprofessional. When he returned with his estimate he said he would do it for £800 which really isn’t much less than what I had already paid for it. Excellent Annual service & MOT & pickup /dropff again by Queensway. Will use again.

Slightly late picking up but communication was good so not a problem. Needed additional part as well as original one but again was kept well informed throughout. Would use again - saves to hassle of getting car to garage myself and hanging around waiting .

Really friendly and professional, the work was done quickly and car got back to me well before the time stated.
Delay in collecting the car but Omar kept me fully updated so I knew what was happening at every stage. Very friendly, efficient garage. 2nd time I’ve used them through click mechanic.
