Queensway were very flexible even though we kept missing each other to sort call out time .On the day his mobile mechanic had to isolate due to Covid so collection and return was arranged at no extra cost . Once they got the car to the garage it was found that the wrong part had been sent and a new part had to be ordered again at no extra cost . The repair was finally finished the day after originally organised and the car returned clean and tidy . I was kept informed at all times no fault there
