I am very happy with the job done, the car feels completely different. I have to praise Queensway as I request them a quote for a faulty injector (according to the diagnostic I received from a previous mechanic), when in reality it was a problem with the alternator belt and tensioner. Pleased they were able to identify the real problem and have the right parts at hand. car collected and delivered on the same day within reasonable time. definitely recommend.

Amazing service from start to end. Queensway kept me informed throughout the whole process from the first call advising when the driver will attend to the last advising when the car will be returned. We hit a slight hiccup that the wrong part was sent to the garage but the team worked late to ensure I had my car back first thing the next day.

I find grease on the mat and on the driver seat they hit the car front bumper driver side plus scratches all over the car .I didn't bother to call them to say anything because....

Hi thank you for the review. The car was sitting on the ramp for almost a week and the car was raised up. So I can’t understand how it could have got damaged or scratches on the car. We kept you informed from the begging to what was happening we rang you a number of times to keep you up to date. The car was towed to us not driven there for we had not taken any pictures to reflect on the damage to the bumper I’ll ask the towing company if he had any pictures and let you know.

I booked the job to be done at my house but the guy who does on site fixes was taken I’ll that day. The garage called me to give me the choice of waiting or allowing someone to pick the car up and take it away. I agreed to have it taken away and it was back before the end of the day as agreed on the phone earlier.
