Took my car in for an MoT, I knew beforehand something was wrong with the exhaust and it was an older car with high mileage but they managed to repair it and get it through its Mot for a really good price the same day it was in.

I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was very friendly as always. The guy who picked up my car was also a nice fella. Great service which I couldn’t fault. I’ve used a few garages and like most, had a lot of bad experiences. I’ve been using Queensway for a while now and I have eventually found a garage I can trust! They do a fantastic job, they don’t try to add additional jobs to the work and they are so reliable. I just won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you for looking after my car guys.

Turned up on time, however left my cover for my diagnostic cable off didn't replace it, and left glove box open, communication came from his boss's seem to know more.
Other then that OK.
Oil warning light still beeping ask to fix but not done.

Brought my car for major service and MOT (Mini paceman 4x4 diesel). Efficient and knowledgeable .... all stamped and reset... Very but very friendly and most of all very nice professional team. Already at the first contact very helpful, and accommodating ... what can I add ...oh yes .. great people there and very kind... highly recommended...
