Car was picked up on time, the work was done quickly, and the car was returned promptly.
If I have one request, it's this: some paperwork. Something to sign when the car is picked up and again when it's dropped off, with copies for me and the garage. Without this, in the event of a dispute, there's no proof that the garage had the car and did the work.

Very impressed with the automated e-mail and messages received confirming the planned visit to install a replacement battery for the car. Final message reminding they would be visiting the next day - arranged for between 8am and 10am.
Received a call at 8:28 confirming the mechanic would be visiting BUT they were waiting for the delivery of the required battery. The mechanic eventually arrived at 10:45.
Two nice guys. They quickly took out the old dead battery and installed the new one. All working satisfactorily. Still working.
