THANK YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW WHEN WE DIAGNOSED YOUR VEHICLE WE DID SAY TO YOU THAT UNFORTUNATELY THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL IS ONLY SHOWING US THE KEY IS NOT RESPONDING WE DID ADVISE YOU THE VEHICLE WILL NEED TO COME INTO THE WORK SHOP TO UP DATE THE KEY OR THE E C U OR IT MIGHT BE AS SIMPLE AS CHANGING THE BATTERY IN THE KEY WE DID TELL YOU THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE BUT YOU WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT WE DID ExPLANE TO YOU THE CHARGE WAS JUST FOR A DIAGNOSTIC NOT FOR A REPAIR YOU THEN ASKED FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE BROUGHT TO THE WORK SHOP BUT AGAIN WE DID Ex-plane THE CAR WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED IN BY THE CLICK MECHANICS APP BUT YOU WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT EITHER BEST REGARDS .
