Jaguar XE Car Won't Start Inspection

Jim came out punctually, tried the car and it started. Ran diagnostic and it was fine.
One hour later, car refused to start and ongoing issues, that I got no response to.
I’m not a mechanic so I can’t tell what the issue is, but it was implied that it was user error, which after driving 75k in the car, it clearly wasn’t.

Job was fine however click mechanics web site not clear on timescale as on there site it looked like time for job was 1 to 2 hours however mechanics said its 1.2 hours it took 2 so cost me more
