Mark the mechanic was very good indeed. Unfortunately he was supplied with the wrong part which left me with 4 days without my car as the correct part would take that long. This meant he had to come out again. There was no extra cost to me however I did feel for MArk as he could have been earning elsewhere.

diagnosed camshaft sensor,which didnt fix it,then said it was the timing and refused to refund me,scammer,had to go to lawyer to get money back,dont use the site waste of time and money,click mechanic takes no responsibility for the mechanics work.

Even tho the problem was small i wouldnt have solved it, James did. Expensive for a wee problem, but worthwhile for me.

From start to finish communication was excellent - Mark let me know when he would be arriving (even if he couldn't find me for which he blamed the sat-nav !! :-) then carried out the service efficiently - James advised me in advance of a problem with the spark plugs (due to it being a performance engine) and gave me the choice of cancelling if I wasn't happy with the cost increase - they talked me through everything which I appreciated - Mark left me the old oil and parts to demonstrate the work done. I must admit I was dubious about using a mobile mechanic but overall was very happy and will use again particularly as it saved me a 100 mile round trip to a dealership given current cost of petrol.
