Volvo XC90 Brake discs and pads replaced

Couldn't complete work as they wanted more money to use an extra tool to release handbrake to rear wheels, as I removed that work they charged me more for the front brakes. He removed the front brakes and replaced but refused to dispose of the old discs and pads and left them on my driveway. Left a mess on my mono blocking under the car. Basically was not the happiest or must helpful guy and the guy that called me up demanding another £60 just to release the handbrake, surely that's a cost of doing business, but he was very abrupt and not very helpful. But he was on time which was nice.

Thanks for your review. We dont take parts away so you the customer can see what we have repaired or replaced . The dust and rust would have came from the removal of the old parts . The extra charge was for a computer that costs thousands of pounds and there is a charge for the use that tool. The total cost was still a lot cheaper than you were originally quoted .

Mark was great but complete con job. £144 but ended up £404..Part was £71 but we addd 25%and Click added 25%as if this was norm. Wouold I use again...NO...if i use my local dealer i pay what they say...this is a con.....beware folks

Hello thanks for the review. The job was originally for handbrake shoes . On inspection the vehicle required more work as the bearings needed replaced which was explained to you at the time of the job . This then added more parts and labour to the job . All the best Jim .
