However he managed to mix up his bookings for his 1st and 2nd jobs of the day so instead of coming to me between 8-10am he arrived about 12.15pm, which he was apologetic for and gave me a discount on the price for the inconvenience.
However, the follow up quote for work I thought was overpriced at £198 when I managed to purchase the replacement part needed for £57 and fit in10-15 minutes myself.

Russell was great - phoned me earlier in the day to let me know when he was likely to arrive, and then turned up bang on time.
