Russell was very polite and friendly explaining everything he was going to do in an understandable way. He gave me a telephone call to advise he was on his way and completed the work required efficiently and effectively. I have been very happy with the work carried out on my car-it was especially useful to be able to have the work done at home as I could look after my children at the same time.

Russell was great all round, but particularly in the very honest way he told me that the most expensive piece of work I'd booked him to do DID NOT need doing at all, contrary to the information I'd given by my usual garage.
