Russell completed the job, and kept me updated with his arrival as there were some delays on getting the parts.

I was happy with the inspection from Russell and the subsequent feedback. He also promptly answered the questions I had.

One small gripe would be that I had paid for the premium inspection which included a plug-in diagnostic check, however there was no clear evidence of of this on the report received. But this may be more down to the format of the report than anything else.
