Even if i try hard i cannot think of a single negative thing to say about Russell's visit.

Russell was really friendly and professional. This was my first use of Click Mechanic. Unfortunately the work wasn't completed within the expected time period (2 hours), and I was unable to use my car for 3 days due to my car requiring a specific dealer part. Eventually all sorted and Russell was very apologetic for the delay.

I had my car booked in with Russel as I suspected the head gasket will need replacing as I had all the tell tale signs but, I haven't had it checked by a professional mechanic yet. When Russel arrived he did a diagnostic check on the car to make sure that we know exactly what the problem was and to my surprise it wasn't a head gasket problem but a gasket that failed by the timing chain. Russel carried out the work and he was very professional throughout the whole process. I am very happy now that my car is fixed and I will most definitely use Russel again and recommend him. Thank you Russel.
