Shamshad was excellent - in all aspects! He arrived on time and the car was returned within 5 hours.

My mechanic was good took longer than I expected worried when I saw he was working in a shed in a field but he ended up doing a fine job

Shamshad was prompt arriving just before 10am (mentioned between 10-12). I didn’t understand the driver too well but the mechanic was very helpful. No physical MOT certificate but I did get a report of the works completed. I didn’t realise I would be without a car for almost 6 hours and why they had to travel so far away (1 hour to Aylesbury from Bedford) to complete works. A heads up on this prior would have been helpful.

The boss of the company road angels was brilliant!! The mechanic had to collect car a second time as work wasn’t done there was confusion over whether it passed MOT or not and extra work needed doing. Not impressed by mechanic who was also rude because he had to come back but road angels boss was brilliant. I also asked mechanic not to unplug dash cam and he did it as soon as he got in the car he also bought my car back with no fuel

Shamshad arrived very punctually just after 8.00am to collect my car and it was returned by 2.00pm - having been serviced and MOT'd. Excellent service!

Sam fixed my dead battery asap. Very happy with service. We are not easy to find - rural location, but he did well to get here within the time frame and sorted out the problem quickly.
