Collection by non English speaker. Slow updating. Failed MOT but good price and solid repairs carried out giving full MOT with no advisories. Service book not stamped receipt did show all work carried out with parts used and cost plus labour. Took 5 days start to finish. Very convenient will use again

Well, hopefully the work has been done okay. The process was smooth enough. Except for the car had almost half a tank when it was collected. But when returned the following day, the reserve fuel tank light was flashing never seen it so low. It wouldn’t even get me to the nearest petrol station. I had to buy a jerrycan and fuel to top it up on a Sunday night. Nice surprise…

Great experience! Kept me updated and when I had an issue after they were out within 30 minutes to come and look and they advised me with what the problem was. Brilliant customer service.

Unfortunately Shamshad was ill so a little late collecting but still within time span by a very polite chap.
Unfortunately they forgot to give me a copy of the mot.

I cannot give any stars for this mechanic. The problems have been on from start to finish.
E.G When the van was bought back from having a major service and M.O.T. That evening when i went out to start the van one headlight not working one reversing light not working( i did inform him about that one) on top of that there was a warning light on the dashboard so he had to pick the van up the next day. His excuse was "every thing was working when i dropped the van off" So there you have it.
