If you haven't used clickmechanic. Com before, why not? A fast courteous service and so easy to book and pay online. From the very outset all the people I was put in touch with were fabulous. After an initial hiccup over the collection time for my vehicle ( arrived too early and I wasn't home from work ) it was quickly resolved and my car was collected within the time frame arranged and taken off to the workshop for an MOT and major service . I received a phone call from Pete in the workshop and he explained the problems found with my car during its MOT test, the reasons it had failed along my options and costs, he was very thorough , very polite and explained things clearly. Once we had agreed to the additional work needed to get the car through its MOT it was carried out quickly and efficiently. When the work had been done I received another phone call from Pete and he arranged for my car to be returned which it was later that evening. I had not used this particular garage before but can highly recommend them for an excellent and friendly service. Read more
