Hyundai i30 Carry out diagnostic check , identified issue with air intake hose and will return on Monday if convenient with customer to remove part and inspect for fault ( suspect split or hole in pipe )

Dishonest, charged me about £80 without doing any work.Made me wait 2 days but never turned up, never bother to let me know he not coming. I lost 2 days of income waiting for him. Don’t trust him at all.

Ok - let me me make this clear - you booked a Egr valve replacement .
Upon arrival a day before your booking I’ve explained that your Egr valve had failed because of a split in your air intake pipe .
You’ve previously said that you did not ask me to inspect your car and only wanted the Egr valve to replaced .
Had I replaced the Egr valve as per your instructions - it would have failed with in the 12 month warranty.
To be honest - most sensible people would actually thank me for my diligence , but it appears you don’t feel that way
Did you expect me not to charge you for my time and replace a part on your car even though there was a underlying cause , and when it failed again - I can assume that you’d want that part replaced under warranty .
Yes is the answer - judging by your recent messages .
I will still thank you for this appalling and unfair review .
Regardless I have done over 4500 bookings in last few years and you fall in to a minority of less than point 1 of a per ent of unhappy clients .

Ford C-MAX Remove and replace instrument cluster

Mechanic arrived on Monday 9th September at 21:00pm, managed to remove instrument cluster by 21:30pm, called me on Wednesday 11th September to say it had been repaired, was due to replace it Thursday 12th September, however did not turn up, reschedule was made for Friday 13th September at 18:40pm, mechanic called to say could not make it and would put as first booking on Saturday 14th September.
As at present time that this review was written for the work that was quoted for and paid which was remove, repair and replace is as yet incomplete.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
