Firstly you texted me several days ago enquiring what brand of pads I would be using , after I told you - I’m pretty sure you asked for a different brand which I advised you would be approx £20 more approx to which you agreed , therefor I’m surprised that your shocked .

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
