Kyriacos was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He explained things in a clear, concise manner and seemed genuinely concerned to get to the bottom of the car’s fault which wasn’t straight forward. It was reassuring to have an experienced mechanic dealing with the problem.

There was a clerical error on my booking and my time slot got cancelled but Kyriacos still made time in his day to come down and work on my car till past 8pm. He stayed in touch with me all day and let me know exactly when he was going to arrive
