Ford Focus Starter motor replacement

Kyriacos was great. Friendly and kept me informed. Only booked 8pm the night before. Got call at 8am to say he could do the job. Spent 2 hours looking for my part so was a bit late turning up but not his fault. Starter motor replaced in 45 minutes. Great service.

He was ok about diagnosis but I was not happy with quote to do the work ,was given one quote and then later received another quote which was cheaper slightly confused or maybe could say was trying to rip me off

Sorry for the delay. , thought I had previously responded.
But appears I haven’t - the prices quoted are pendant on what’s available at the time you received the quote .
So there’s no rip off I’m afraid , and apologies for the misunderstanding.
Also if you checked any of my several hundreds reviews, you won’t see that opinion from any previous customers.

Kyriacos kept me up to date with his ETA and we had a quick chat about the problem before he got here, so he already thought he knew what was wrong which was reassuring. Very knowledgeable and had the car started in a matter if minutes. Couldn’t ask for more from a very experienced and professional guy.

Knew what he was doing for my injector smashed it out quick as anything top work top guy
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
