Kyriacos was very efficient and friendly. He kept in constant communication with me and even managed to get the work done earlier than expected.
This was my first time using Click Mechanic and after this great experience it won't be the last. (just hopefully not for a while yet)

I literally could not fault my mechanic! 100% professional, knew exactly what he was doing there was no messing around, he went through every little possible thing that could have been wrong with my car to make sure it wasn’t the issue. All this in the pouring rain and darkness. I will be forever grateful as my car is back to running like a dream! Thank you

Think the mechanic did a great job when explaining what was wrong with my car. It was very quick and straightforward.

Kyriacos was great. Came early to inspect the car at a mutually convenient time. Reassuring diagnosis and highlighted potential other part that might have been affected. On day of the job, the part had not arrived so rearranged to convenient next earliest slot at the start of following week. Repair done quickly and car back on the road. All good. Given I couldn't move the car, it was great he was able to come to me and deal with it without the faff of recovery to a local garage.

Not too satisfied over all to be honest, expecting minimum work to be carried out and nothing was done

Cannot stress enough how good Kyriacos is. He diagnosed the problem, got the repair sorted very quickly and constant communication and updates. His aftercare is also brilliant. He called to check in afterwards. When I highlighted an issue with the car (which may have not even been because of the repair work) he agreed to come and have a look the next day and resolved it within a few minutes. Many mechanics would have charged extra for the call out.

Exceptional service. Mechanic arrived on time and carried out the work immediately. Kyriacos was very professional, friendly and I highly recommend his work to anyone. First time I’ve used this service and most definitely won’t be the last.
