Rob was fantastic - Unfortunately on Robs original visit (just after Boxing Day) it became apparent that the part scheduled to be fixed wasn’t actually the correct part that needed replacing upon closer inspection by Rob.

Rob then said he would arrange for the correct part and we would reschedule just after the New Year - Which he duly did, come Jan 2nd, in the freezing cold and in the darkness of 5pm, he was back to replace the part (A a segment of our Range Rovers suspension) - During a gap in the days rain, he very efficiently swapped out the split part and fitted the brand new part and was done and completed within 30min. Utterly superb service!

The car is owned by my wife and she wasn’t overly keen on paying the higher rate for ClickMechanic over going to a local garage (but a local garage involves more scheduling and logistics, for example we wouldn’t have been able to have a local garage look at the car until a week later) - But this is why this service is superb, an expert working on our drive straight after New Year’s Day and all done within an hour, allowing us to immediately get on the motorway for a 2hr drive - Faultless and superb!
