Can’t speak highly enough about Rob, his knowledge and professionalism. Rob called to let me know on his way, arrived and got straight down to understanding the issues I thought needed fixing. Rob ran further tests and checks to confirm what was needed and with his experience with Nissan cars realised he had a better fix for the glow plug issue I had raised. Once fixed that got on with main problem. Rob explained why the issues may have arisen and gave me a number of tips to stop/lessen the chance of repeat issues. Once the fix was complete Rob noticed my air bag light on so fixed that before taking the car for a test drive. As Rob found a better fix for one of the issues the job was cheaper than originally quoted, so not only fixed the vehicle, provided some great advice to keep things running efficiently he saved me money on the job. Rob was quick and neat, high standard of work, my only minor and I mean very very minor gripe would be he didn’t test drive the work, if he had he would’ve noticed he left the drivers side door slightly ajar and the internal light then flattened the battery overnight but otherwise his work was impeccable

Work was carried out well and on time, however quoted £310.73 but charged £331.99!
