Service was great, efficient and work carried out well. Was very surprised an additional £12 had been taken from my bank account on top of what was agreed with no communication or agreement. I definitely didn’t authorise additional payments. For this reason I wouldn’t use this service again.

I understand your point that the additional charge of £12 for the Anti freeze and Screen washer fluid topped up on your car during the full service.
Unfortunately, you wouldn't have seen the updates at your portal and it's been updated by the time of the service being done.
We don't usually get the approval from the customers since it's not a big deal and it has to be completed as part of the service.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The first Mechanic sent on this job had some kind of disagreement with the supplier and cancelled the inspection. Fortunately you found another mechanic who could do the job on the same day and he did not seem to have any problems with the supplier and did a great job. I don't now the details of what went wrong with the first mechanic.
