Did what he came to do tbh I stayed in bed whilst the work was being done so can’t really comment further other than the job has been completed and I’m happy with it the little interaction I had with the mechanic he was polite and friendly

I booked Jon from SMS autocare to carry out a brakes change, servicing and MOT. His associate arrived on time, took the car and later on I got a call from Jon to explain a few things that made the MOT fail. We agreed on the change and price and everything went smooth. He assessed that the rear drums didn't need changing but cleaning which he offered as an option, and the money saved from this change balanced part of the extra cost of the items needed to pass the MOT. On and all I paid £80 more than originally quoted on clickMechanic but understandably so and I trully believe I saved money vs a Halfords or Kwikfit. Will definitely use again. Very satisfied.
