Jon was strangely overly familiar with me even though he does not know me. When I got the car back I told him there was an issue with the engine light still on when I drove the car after pick up and Jon asked me to contact him on the weekend if it was still happening, I did but I have not received a response.

Haven’t driven the car since it was returned but the service was very good

Turned up on time, took my car and returned it later that day and the old parts were in the boot for me to inspect. Simple, straightforward and great value for money, nothing else needs to be said.

The mechanic did a great job and was really helpful whenever I had questions. However, they showed up two hours late for the appointment and didn't get back to me when I tried calling. It was only after I complained on the website that they finally reached out. Once the car was picked up, communication improved. Despite these bumps, the quality of the work made it worth the price. Still, it's disappointing that my first experience on the website had to start off like this.
